Description

Extract products from any eshop, without the need of account credentials. Then you can import these products to your site.

This item is a service. We visit the eshop and create an xml file, containing the shop products. This file is the result of the order.

Menu Categories

Products will be accessed through menu. Products in Menu Categories with pagination will be included.

Data included

The following data (if exist on source shop) will be in the xml:

• SKU
• Title
• Short Description (exempt)
• Description
• Main image
• Gallery images (up to 10)

Product Variations

In case you can manipulate variations on importing xml, add to “Notes” the variations types.

• Up to 3 types (eg. color, size, pack). Only variation name as reference included: if variation has different price, description, title, images etc, they will not be included.
• Not counting as different products

Optional data:

• Price
• Stock

Category, Tags & Brand can be included in xml, but when importing them, is really hard to recreate as common groups for the products. This means that the importing software, most possibly will not be able to consider the same eg group for products containing the same group name. Instead it will create multiple groups with the same name. So entering this data afterwards, is advised. If you insist, write in notes the ones needed.

Images Backup

If “Backup Images” is included, then products’ Main Image and Gallery Images, will be copied and stored to our servers. A second xml will be created, linking to the backed up images. So these images will not be dependent from the origin shop.

The Images Backup is limited by the disk quota, coresponding to the product items (shown when selecting Backup Images). In case Images volume exceeds quota, we will contact you.

Not included

• Any product that is not in the menu categories, will be excluded.
• Images and files (Only Main Image and Gallery Images are included)
• Variations as different product (eg different image, different description etc)

Order instructions

Add to “Notes“:

• If you need variations (only reference): links of products include the 3 variations (VARIATIONS:…)
• If only some of the Menu Categories are needed in the xml: links of the Menu Categories (INCLUDE:… or EXCLUDE:…)
• If any optional data needed (OPTIONAL: Price, Stock)
• [Not suggested] If any optional data needed (OPTIONAL: Category, Tags, Brands)

Please be clear and accurate. Complex demands will delay your order or even cancel it.

Xml Delivery

At page: My acount > Orders > View (select the corresponding order id), there will be a big button for each xml, to download.
